CWT-R SERIES(BioDopp)

CWT-R SERIES (BioDopp) is an integrated process of biochemical treatment combining advantages of all-fluid internal backflow of oxidation ditches, different functional areas of the A2/O technology, and front-end microbial selection of the CASS technology, boosted with high-efficiency aeration and driven by innovative air lifting. Featuring a small footprint, lowered energy consumption, reduced investment and easy operation and management, it has distinct advantages in treatment of high concentration industrial wastewater, which is less degradable, and municipal wastewater.

CWT-H SERIES

CWT-H SERIES is a high-end compact integrated wastewater treatment system for small or mobile distributed wastewater treatment plant team based on experience in biochemical treatment in the US and Europe. With all equipment installed in a container type tank, the system can be easily transferred, featuring low energy consumption, small footprint, easy operation, high standard of discharged water and various options. Different  technologies, such as MBR,MBBR,MBR,SBR etc., can be designed in CWT-H system based on footprint, inlet quality, outlet standard and other information.

CWT-V SERIES

CWT-V SERIES integrated biochemical treatment process in one or several GLS tank, supplemented by multiple sets of additional modules, including pretreatment, biochemical treatment, advanced treatment and sludge treatment, etc. It is with a treatment scale of 1,000-10,000 m3/d.

CWT-S SERIES

CWT-S SERIES  is a domestic sewage treatment unit for household usage. It is with solar energy and remote control system. It has independently innovated MHAT+ contact oxidation process to ensure that the effluent is stable and meets the requirements for reuse. In response to different emission requirements in different regions, the industry pioneered “toilet flushing”, “irrigation” and “direct discharge” three modes, which can be embedded in the mode conversion system. It can be widely used in rural areas, independent villas, scattered sewage treatment scenarios.

CWT-BioFilter SERIES

CWT-BioFilter, a revolutionary power-free and maintenance-free purification tank, represents a cutting-edge decentralized approach to domestic sewage treatment. This innovative system harnesses aerodynamic principles to seamlessly incorporate natural wind into the equipment, eliminating the necessity for electricity.

The tank is constructed in HDPE materials which has more than 30 years lifetime.

The bioreactor comprises a system incorporating aeration elements and media systematically arranged in a specific order. Positioned atop the bioreactor is a distribution device that uniformly disperses wastewater across the media surface. A flow control device manages the transition of wastewater from the buffer tank into the biological reactor, mitigating potential challenges posed by peak flows for other sewage systems.

Bacteria proliferates on the fixed media within the biological reactor, naturally purifying the wastewater. Facilitated by cascaded plug flow, a single pass through the reactor ensures comprehensive wastewater cleansing. Simultaneously, the volume of secondary sludge is diminished and undergoes biological degradation.

CWT-SA SERIES

CWT-SA improved AO purification tank is a small buried type based on the large pipe network investment and difficult construction in the process of centralized treatment of remote domestic sewage, based on the existing equipment, borrowing and absorbing, and absorbing the 
advanced technology at home and abroad, and based on the design concept of energy saving and high efficiency sewage treatment equipment.

Advanced technology, good treatment effect;
High degree of integration: integrated design, compact design, a large saving in operating costs;
Low energy consumption, low noise: choose the imported brand electromagnetic blower, the air pump power is less than 53W, the noise is less than 35dB.
Flexible selection: flexible selection based on the distribution of villages and towns, collection and processing according to local conditions, scientific planning and design, reduce the early investment and efficient operation and maintenance management in the later stage.
